The company has a modern machine park that enables precise metalworking at the highest level. We have advanced CNC milling machines (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) from renowned brands DMG and APX, allowing us to machine elements with complex geometries in a wide range of dimensions. DMG CNC lathes enable accurate machining of parts with diameters up to 600 mm and lengths up to 1000 mm.

Our offer includes comprehensive services in the design and manufacture of machine parts and technological tooling. We use modern technologies to deliver solutions that meet the highest industrial standards. We specialize in CAD/CAM design, which allows for precise development of component geometry and optimization of machining processes. As part of our activities, we also provide certification in accordance with Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive), ensuring full compliance of the designed equipment with European standards.

In the field of finishing, we offer cylindrical and flat grinding on JOTES, KNUTH, and STUDER grinding machines, including profile grinding on a CNC grinding machine.
We specialize in electroerosion machining (EDM and WEDM) using AGIE CHARMILLES machines, which allows us to carry out the most demanding high-precision projects.
In addition, we have an OMAX waterjet cutting machine with a 5-axis head, enabling us to cut large-size materials (up to 2000 x 4000 mm) with high accuracy.

Our measuring equipment includes a ZEISS CONTURA CMM coordinate measuring machine, which guarantees quality control at every stage of production.
